the unique “PowerBase” unit, The PowerBase will help you
achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are working to gain
muscle strength and size, improve balance and coordination, train
and tone, or boost your cardiovascular endurance, the PowerBase will
provide you with an exciting and enjoyable way to achieve a complete
body workout. |

Circuit |
You
never know what you are going to get! A jam-packed 30 minutes of cardio
movements! We will use the jump ropes, gym rings, kettle weights and
even the medicine ball during this workout. We may even go outside! |

the breath with a flowing sequence of poses. You will experience flexibility,
focus, stamina and calmness of mind while eliminating toxins from
