Yoga Stretch
Need a great stretch every week? This is the perfect class for you! This class will prepare you for our Yoga, PowerBand and Cardio classes... or give your body the stretch it needs after taking those classes. Therapeutic stretching, light Yoga poses, relaxation and self-massage.

PowerBand Using the unique “PowerBase” unit, The PowerBase will help you achieve your fitness goals.  Whether you are working to gain muscle strength and size, improve balance and coordination, train and tone, or boost your cardiovascular endurance, the PowerBase will provide you with an exciting and enjoyable way to achieve a complete body workout.

Cardio Circuit You never know what you are going to get! A jam-packed 30 minutes of cardio movements! We will use the jump ropes, gym rings, kettle weights and even the medicine ball during this workout. We may even go outside!

Vinyasa Flow All levels class.  Caring, compassionate teacher.  Synchronizing the breath with a flowing sequence of poses. You will experience flexibility, focus, stamina and calmness of mind while eliminating toxins from the body. Breathing and meditative techniques introduced. Develop internal awareness. Leave uplifted and refreshed. Beginner to Intermediate

300 Club An exclusive class for the Spartan Warrior at heart! A series of physically challenging workout circuits. Workouts will include squats, pullups, situps, lunges, pushups, floor sweepers and more!

Morning Power Using a mix of the PowerBase unit and other weights and fitness tools. This class will help you start your morning off right and give you the power you need for the rest of the day!

Cardio  Dance A fun mix of Hip Hop, Salsa, Line Dancing and Zumbato elevate your heart rate.
